Description
As catalogued, the Lionel Girls Train featured an all-teal NYC 6464 boxcar and an all-yellow MKT 6464 car. However, when the set was ultimately produced, Lionel swapped the colors of the doors – so the teal NYC car had yellow doors and the yellow MKT car had teal doors. The “monochrome” as-catalogued versions of these cars have never been produced…until now! These O gauge cars are built similar to Lionel’s “Made in USA” series with construction and detail features as shown in the picture.
